QUANTUM EASY by Falmec, a new declination of the Quantum system, is a solution that perfectly combines suction and cooking in a single body, now available in the ' easy' version, which incorporates the Carbon. Zeo filter within the volume of the suction part: The air is then sucked in, filtered and re-emitted directly into the back of the cabinet, inside the sanitary space, allowing faster installation, not having the need for additional ducts and filtering kits, and easier maintenance. The hob is also equipped with a rectangular tube that can be adjusted in length during installation, to adapt to the different depths of the cabinet, and a deflector that can be applied to the kitchen wall, to optimize the flow of air by reducing turbulence and noise.

Made of black ceramic glass, the Quantum Easy hob features a Led display with touch controlsand is equipped with 4 cooking zones with adjustable power on 9 levels in addition to the Booster function; the front cooking zones have a nominal power of 1600W (Booster power 1850W), while the two rear zones have a nominal power of 2100W (Booster power 3000W). The plan is equipped with the following functions:
> Bridge function - This function allows you to join the front and rear plates and use them as two large cooking areas.
> Booster function - The Booster boosts the power, so that large quantities (eg of water for cooking pasta) can be heated. This power boost is active for max. 10 minutes.
> Keep warm - The Keep Warm function allows you to maintain courses with constant heat, to serve dishes at the right temperature without wasting energy.
> Pan sensor - Induction automatically detects the size of the pan. If no pots are detected or they are not suitable for cooking, all hob functions are deactivated to ensure maximum safety.
> Residual Heat Indicator- If the hob surface is still hot after cooking, the letter H (Hot) will appear on the display.
> Function lock - With a special key combination, the child safety lock and cleaning lock are temporarily activated, without having to change the cooking settings.
